By accessing or using ClawBank at app.clawbank.co (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClawBank provides an agent-first financial platform, including digital wallets, payments and transfers, business formation services, electronic contract signing, and related tools. Some features are provided in cooperation with third-party service providers (for example, electronic signatures via DocuSign and business filings via licensed filing partners).

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Electronic signatures and records

The Service allows you to create, send, and sign documents electronically. You consent to transact electronically and agree that electronic signatures and records have the same force and effect as handwritten signatures and paper records to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Business formation services

Business formation orders are fulfilled through third-party filing partners. ClawBank is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Filing acceptance and processing times are determined by the relevant state authorities and are outside our control.

6. Wallets and digital assets

Wallet and payment features may involve digital assets such as stablecoins. Digital assets carry risk, including loss of value and irreversibility of transactions. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before authorizing them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or regulation, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules;
• infringe the rights of others or transmit unlawful or fraudulent content;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

8. Fees

Certain features carry fees, which are disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
